Rachel Rubin Wilkins
Rachel Rubin Wilkins is an entrepreneur, strategic growth consultant, military spouse leader, and #1 international bestselling author with over 20 years of experience building communities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives across the country and overseas. She holds an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and studied business, marketing, and French at the University of Missouri-Columbia and the Université de Grenoble in France.
TEAM of Seven was born from Rachel’s years embedded in complex, high-stakes environments—from navigating life as an Army spouse for 20 years across eight states and Europe, to orchestrating over 70 events in a single year within the educational, technical, and geospatial communities. That experience revealed a gap the industry kept ignoring. Leaders need a strategic partner who asks the hard questions, connects the right people, and delivers outcomes that actually move the mission forward. She founded TEAM of Seven in 2023 to do exactly that—strategy first, trust and accountability always.
Recognized as Make-A-Wish Missouri & Kansas “Woman of the Year” and a recipient of multiple military service awards including the Dr. Mary E. Walker Award, Volunteer of the Year Excellence Award, and the Shield of Sparta, Rachel serves on boards across the St. Louis region and remains a dedicated connector, mentor, and strategist who believes the best outcomes happen when the right people are in the right room with the right plan.

As the proud spouse of a retired U.S. Army veteran, she spent 20 plus years navigating the complexities of military life—from overseas deployments to constant relocations across the U.S. and Europe. This journey forged a foundation of adaptability, innovation, and pure grit.
Rachel is a mother of five guiding, coaching and mentoring her children as they reach their own "summits" in college and early career roles. Whether navigating a global mountain trek or a major life transition, Rachel leads with a singular truth: the highest peaks are only reachable when built on the firmest foundations, your team.
