Strategy Over Activity. Goals Over Vanity Metrics. Impact Over Everything.

TEAM of Seven exists to bring order to chaos for leaders navigating high-stakes, mission-critical moments. We believe the right strategic partner—one who asks the hard questions, connects the right people, and delivers on every commitment—changes everything. That's not a tagline. It's how we work, every time.

We're Not a Vendor. We're a Guide.

When you work with TEAM of Seven, you're not hiring a planner checking boxes or an agency billing hours. You're gaining a strategic growth operations guide who understands complex ecosystems, aligns around your goals, and knows exactly which people and levers to activate so you reach the destination you have in mind.

We handle the twists, turns, and obstacles along the way—so you can stay focused on what matters most: advancing your mission and hitting your targets.

"Her positive and inclusive efforts to build teams were recognized by all as instrumental in the well-being of the entire community."

— COL Robert Menist, Garrison Commander, U.S. Army Bases in Italy

Strategy First, Activity Second

We lead with growth strategy, not activity. We ask the hard questions upfront—what does success really look like? Who needs to be influenced? What partnerships should emerge? Strategy is everything. Execution is what our network of trusted partners does best.

Trust, Accountability & Real Relationships

In a world where vendors overpromise and underdeliver, we stand out through genuine reliability and honest conversation. Clients call us on Sunday nights asking us to step into Monday's events—because they know we'll figure it out, stay cool, and make them look good.

Your Secret Competitive Advantage: Our Network

You're not just hiring a growth partner. You're tapping into a curated ecosystem of best-in-class collaborators and insider relationships built across years of trusted work in geospatial intelligence, DoD, and regional economic development.

Meet Our Founder

Rachel Rubin Wilkins is an entrepreneur, strategic growth consultant, military spouse leader, and #1 international bestselling author with over 20 years of experience building communities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives across the country and overseas. She holds an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and an Interdisciplinary degree in Business-Marketing, French, and Sociology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, with additional studies at the Université de Grenoble in France.

TEAM of Seven was born from Rachel's years embedded in complex, high-stakes environments—from navigating life as an Army spouse across eight states and Europe, to orchestrating over 70 events in a single year within the geospatial intelligence community. That experience revealed a gap the industry kept ignoring: organizations didn't need another vendor checking boxes—they needed a strategic partner who asks the hard questions, connects the right people, and delivers outcomes that actually move the mission forward. She founded TEAM of Seven in 2023 to do exactly that—strategy first, accountability always.

Rachel is also the author of Lead, Lift, and Leave a Legacy—a #1 international bestseller in 6 countries and 93 categories that brought together 32 women authors to share how mentorship shaped their leadership journeys. The book reflects the same philosophy she brings to every client engagement: lift the people around you, build real relationships, and leave things better than you found them.

Recognized as Make-A-Wish Missouri & Kansas "Woman of the Year" (2024) and a recipient of multiple military service awards—including the Dr. Mary E. Walker Award and the Shield of Sparta—Rachel serves on boards across the St. Louis region, including Folds of Honor, Make-A-Wish MO & KS, and the SIUE Executive CMIS Advisory Board. She's a connector, a mentor, and a strategist who believes the best outcomes happen when the right people are in the right room with the right plan.
